If you want something not mentioned here, you can contact me and ask about it and I'll see what I can do.
I, justabloob, am allowed to refuse any commission(s) that is perceived to be outside my scope of practice/abilities as an artist.

If you are interested in a commission you can submit a request via DM in any of the social media listed, or contact me via email at [email protected].The time period for receiving the final artwork will depend on a case to case basis. I will inform the commissioner the stimated time while talking about the specific commission.The commisioner will get a digital file of the commission via email. The format will be jpg or png, as per the client request (if there is no preference the artwork will be on png as default).

Terms of Service

For all clients/customers/commissioners that choose to commission any work from the artist, justabloob, automatically agrees to abide by all artist current and future terms of service(TOS).
The TOS will always be referred to in any case of dispute.
Justabloob's TOS is subject to change without notice.Payment
Commission can be paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
Currently, Paypal is the only payment service offered. All price listings and transacrions are in Euros(€)
No payment will be accepted until the commissioner and the artist have reached a final mutual agreement on ALL the commission(s) details during the consultation stage. This means that all details MUST first be approved by both the commissioner and artist, justablloob before payment is permitted. Please note that any payment sent through before the mutual agreement over the commission details has been confirmed will be fully refunded.The commisioner gets 3 rounds of changes included on the final price. If something has been approved any additional changes will have an extra fee, which will depend on the requested change.Copyright and usage
I, justabloob:
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork. I WILL NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)
I WILL not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as artbooks.You (the customer/commissioner):
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, giving credit to me (the artist).
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints for selling, etc).
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my, justabloob's, consent.
Yoy retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The following is considered copyright infringement: reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms. Claiming the artwork as your own. Altering the artwork without consent.Cancellation and refund policy
The commissioner is not allowed a refund once I, justabloob, started working on the commission. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
The kill fee for cancelling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is. If the commissioner wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the commissioner can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.Paypal specific
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the monet back to you myself.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will delcine the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
